For reservations (direct bookings and bookings via our own hotel website), the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellations up to 91 days before arrival can be postponed or cancelled free of charge (without giving reasons).
• For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged.
• For cancellations up to 8 days before arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged
• For cancellations up to 1 day before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged
• Cancellations on the same day and early departures will be charged at 100% of the total price.

The following General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.

Booked services will not be deducted.

Regular guest discounts only apply to regular room rates for stays of 7 nights or more for direct bookings and not to entire package or all-inclusive prices. Stays booked via external booking platforms such as booking, etc. do not count. No regular guest bonus for bookings over the Christmas/New Year holidays.

For online bookings via our website, there are 2 instalments to choose from:

• Online deposit:
  • To finalise your booking, pay online with VISA or MASTERCARD.
  • A booking confirmation or deposit confirmation will then be sent automatically.
• Deposit via bank transfer:
  • After completing your online booking, you will receive a booking confirmation automatically with IBAN and BIC for the classic bank transfer.
  • As soon as we have received the deposit on our bank account, we will send you a separate deposit confirmation.

Forgot to take out cancellation protection when booking?

No problem. It is possible to take out insurance at a later date at any time.

Please note: If the insurance was not taken out at the same time as booking the trip, the insurance cover for trip cancellation benefits only begins on the 10th day after taking out the insurance (except in the event of accident, death or natural hazard).
