For many people, breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Especially on holiday, there is time to enjoy a hearty breakfast. It is the basis from which you draw the energy for your planned activities around Lake Achensee. From healthy athletes to those with a sweet tooth - our varied breakfast buffet has something for every taste.

• charcuterie board and cold cuts
• spreads, butter, margarine, Nutella, honey and premium jams
• cheese platter with soft cheese
• boiled organic eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, fried bacon
• mueslis, cornflakes, oat flakes, dried fruit, nuts
• milk (lactose-free on request), yoghurts and fruit salads
• selection of seasonal fruit
• sweet pastries
• coffee selection of filter coffee, espresso, café crema or cappuccino

The breakfast buffet is occasionally complemented by a glass of Frizzante, Käsekrainer, homemade cakes, Bavarian veal sausages with fresh pretzels and much more.

Something warm for lunch

Soup of the day from 12.00 noon to 1.00 p.m.

All the adventures around Lake Achensee naturally make you hungry. That's why we offer a soup of the day from the buffet in the Kaminstube for lunch as part of our Halbpenison.Plus programme. If you are a little hungrier, you can order from our small à la carte menu from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m.. Well-fuelled, it's a wonderful way to start the second half of the day.

A well-earned break in the afternoon

Homemade cake from 2.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

And what could be nicer... You come back to the hotel from your hike or cross-country skiing tour in the Karwendel Nature Park and a fresh piece of homemade cake or something sweet with a cup of coffee (drinks not included) is already waiting to be savoured in the fireplace parlour, in the winter garden or on our sun terrace. You've earned it.

except gala dinner starts between 6.15 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. (usually on Fridays)

Whether Austrian cuisine or specialities from all over the world - in the evening, too, you will only be spoiled with good things. When selecting the ingredients, we attach great importance to quality and freshness as well as the use of regional products. The result is something to savour. Starting with the selection of salads, starters and soup at the buffet. In the morning, you can already choose one of the three main courses - meat, fish or vegetarian - there is something for everyone. And accompanied by an exquisite wine from our wine list rounds off the fine evening. And for a sweet finish, dessert follows, perhaps with an espresso or schnapps? (Drinks are not included with dinner).Theme nights such as our gala dinner (usually on Fridays) or Tyrolean speciality buffet add variety to the week and are very popular with our guests. Everyone gets their money's worth.
