In general, cancellations of reservations are only accepted in writing. The Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.
For reservations (direct bookings and bookings via our own hotel website), the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellations up to 91 days before arrival can be postponed or cancelled free of charge (without giving reasons).
- For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged.
- For cancellations up to 8 days before arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged
- For cancellations up to 1 day before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged
- Cancellations on the same day and early departures will be charged at 100% of the total price.

Booked services will not be deducted.
