Change of linen

Bed linen is changed twice a week
Towels are changed when they are on the floor or in the shower
Hanging up towels signals to us that you want to continue using them
if you would like new bed linen/towels every day, please let your chambermaid or reception know
For the sake of the environment, you can also cancel the cleaning of the room on a daily basis or for the entire stay using ‘this form’

Travelling by electric car and need an e-charging station on site?

We have installed a new charging station directly at the hotel car park. While you enjoy your holiday and recharge your own "batteries" in the Achensee region, you can recharge your electric car with fresh energy for the next trip.

Underground car park spaces

Since 2021, we have been able to offer parking spaces in the new underground car park for weather-protected parking.
