Payment:
- Payment of the final total account is possible until 09:00 pm the evening before departure or between 08:00 am and 09:30 am on the day of departure.
- We recommend payment in cash or with cards (MAESTRO-EC, VISA or MASTERCARD).
Departure of the room/Check Out:
- On the day of departure please leave the room until 10.30 am.
End of season:
- Please note that late check outs and day spas are not possible on the last day of departure before the end of the season. Our team will be happy to assist you until 11.30 am. Thank you for your understanding.
